OneStop is an integrated solution for full self-service management of library public services. With OneStop, when a user is checking out materials and a fee is owed, borrowers can pay fines immediately with cash or a credit card. A true e-commerce solution for libraries, OneStop can also be used to collect print or copy payments, or to add value to a library debit card.
The OneStop core is an attractive base-control cabinet that houses all necessary electronics. Separate internal modules control the functions.

SirsiDynix Web Reporter is a revolutionary reporting solution designed to work with SQL databases (Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server or DB2), although it does not require knowledge of SQL to use. It offers zero-footprint Web clients that can be used anywhere your staff has access to the Internet, including from their homes. The Web clients give the power of a Windows client with the flexibility of using a Web browser.
SirsiDynix Web Reporter is extremely easy-to-use for the staff member who just needs to run pre-developed reports. At the same time, it offers great capability for the "power user" to create new or customize existing reports.
SirsiDynix Web Reporter comes with a wide range of standard reports, including reports for circulation, acquisitions budget, serial collections, and collection development statistics. Each standard report can be easily modified and saved for future use by the library using a Web or desktop client. Ad hoc reports can also be created without having to know the underlying Horizon database table structure. Reports can be created and saved from scratch –again without knowing the database table structure, and without being a SQL programmer. Once these reports are saved, they can be easily shared with other branch libraries or other peer libraries. In addition, reports can be set up automatically to be distributed to staff at pre-determined intervals.

SirsiDynix offers solutions for use with SirsiDynix Symphony, Unicorn, and Horizon Library Management Systems, which permit libraries to use automated telephone messaging to notifying users of important information related to holds, due dates, fines, etc. Library staff, who are often limited in number and availability, are no longer tied up making telephone calls - they're free to do other more important tasks.
Telephone Messaging enables users to retrieve and update their circulation information using a touch-tone phone, relieving staff from calls about item due dates, renewals, or items on hold. Telephone Messaging also provides automatic outbound messaging to users about overdue and on-hold items.
